正确理解”人民”这个词

人民这个词这么一解释就清楚了。原来这是个贬义词。 //@溯鹰_Soarin:谈[人民]的地方一般似乎不主张谈[公民]。人民永远是统称，是一个统筹社会声音的话语制高点而已，这个名词天生不含有[代指权利基本单位]的意思。
